A 2018 study by the Eye Unit of Ghana Health Service revealed that about 270,200 Ghanaians are blind, representing 0.74% Ghanaian population. Records indicate education and training blind people in date back to early 1940s. The Creative Arts involves experimentation interaction with natural environment as a problem-solving tool for national development. encompass Art forms like painting, sculpture, graphic designing, ceramics. However, Ghana, certain challenges have become barriers visually impaired who pursue art. This is conceptual conducted at University Practice School – South Campus Ghana. It delves into learners exposed establishes if it end road mainstream student becomes along path pursuing dream an artist. identified can express themselves artistically once teaching learning process facilitated tailor-made strategies art which directly focuses on potential impaired. gathered should be restructured enable harnessing learners.
